The self-checkout machine lets you check out a book without waiting in line. Watch the video, then follow the steps at the machine.
Carry your book to the self-checkout machine and stand in front of the screen.
Touch the screen to start, or choose Check Out.
Scan your library card by holding the barcode under the red light or placing the card on the pad.
Place the book on the pad or scan its barcode. The title appears on the screen.
Add any other books the same way.
Choose Finish or Done, then take the receipt with your due dates.

- If the machine beeps or will not read a book, a librarian nearby can help.
