Last updated: May 20, 2026
Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Able Eyes website, virtual tours, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
Virtual tours hosted on Able Eyes are free for visitors to explore for personal, educational, and accessibility-planning purposes. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute tour content without written permission.
- Use the Service to harass, harm, or mislead others.
Partner tours and pricing
Tours are provided to the public free of charge. Partner organizations engage Able Eyes to create tours of their spaces; pricing for tour creation is determined during a scheduled demo and is typically based on square footage or acreage. Separate written agreements govern the relationship between Able Eyes and each partner.
Intellectual property
The Able Eyes name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Able Eyes and are protected by intellectual property laws. Tour imagery and related media remain the property of Able Eyes and/or the partner organization depicted. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use these materials except as needed to view the Service in the ordinary course.
Third-party content and links
The Service may include embedded content or links to third-party sites and services (such as virtual tour platforms or scheduling tools). We do not control and are not responsible for those third parties or their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Accessibility information disclaimer
Able Eyes tours and accessibility information are provided to help you preview a space and decide what feels right for your needs. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information is accurate, but spaces change over time. Always confirm current conditions with the venue when accessibility is critical to your visit.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Able Eyes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Able Eyes and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
