How To Use a Printer: step-by-step guide
A printer needs paper, a file, and one or two clicks. Watch the video, then print a page.
Turn the printer on and wait for the light to stop blinking.
Open the paper tray and check that there is paper in it.
Open the document on your computer or phone.
Choose File, then Print, or tap the share icon and choose Print.
Pick your printer from the list and set the number of copies.
Press Print and listen for the printer to start.
Take your pages out of the tray and check that they printed correctly.
Helpful tips
- If nothing prints, check that the printer and your device are on the same wifi.
