A hamster needs food and clean water every day. Watch the video, then follow the steps.
Wash your hands before you touch the food or the cage.
Scoop one tablespoon of hamster pellets or seed mix into the food dish.
Take out yesterday's uneaten fresh food so it does not spoil.
Add a small piece of fresh vegetable, such as a carrot slice.
Take the water bottle off the cage, rinse it, and refill it with cool water.
Put the bottle back and check that the water drips when you touch the tip.
Wash your hands again when you are done.
