Zippers need both hands: one to hold the bottom steady, one to pull.
Line up the bottom of both jacket sides so they are even.
Slide the small metal tab into the bottom of the zipper slider.
Hold the bottom of the jacket firmly with one hand.
Pull the slider straight up with your other hand in one smooth motion.
If the zipper sticks, pull it back down and start again with the sides even.
