About This Location

The Advanced Manufacturing Training Center in Jackson was created by the Jackson Area Manufacturers Association (JAMA) and the Shop Rat Foundation. This hands-on training facility teaches CNC machining, welding, robotics, and automation for learners of all ages. Students, job seekers, and career changers can walk the labs and classrooms and see the equipment before they enroll. Through a partnership with Jackson College, JAMA training can also count toward college credit.
