About This Location
PASC Southgate is one of three studio locations of the Progressive Art Studio Collective (PASC), a program of Services To Enhance Potential (STEP) launched in 2021 as the first progressive art studio for adults with disabilities in Wayne County. PASC supports more than 190 artists with developmental disabilities and mental health differences each week, helping many build independent art careers and exhibit their work.
