Kids' Food Basket is a West Michigan nonprofit founded in 2002 by Mary K. Hoodhood, who began providing nourishing evening meals to 125 students at three Kent County schools with just $3,000 and a handful of volunteers. The organization now operates from a 30,000-square-foot LEED-certified Grand Rapids headquarters with a 10-acre sustainable farm, serving children across Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, and Muskegon counties through its flagship Sack Supper program.

Hi, I'm Iris! Tell me what you're looking for — a place to preview (like "Park Library" or "a dentist office"), a specific city (like "Lansing, MI" or "Petoskey, MI"), or a how-to video (like "tying shoes" or "self-checkout") — and I'll find it for you.
