Kean's Store Company is a beloved mid-Michigan destination store in downtown Mason, Michigan, in continuous operation since 1928 when it was founded by Gus and Fern Kean as a five-and-dime dry goods emporium. Today Kean's spans 17,000+ square feet of retail space, including gifts and collectibles, craft and fabric departments, Hallmark cards, candy, and toys, all with the original tin ceilings and wooden floors still intact. The store also features the Baja Grille, a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and complete dinners in a casual festive setting.
