About This Location

Howell Carnegie District Library is a historic public library in downtown Howell, Michigan, originally built between 1903 and 1906 with funding from industrialist Andrew Carnegie. The Neoclassical building was expanded in 1991 and now also houses the Howell Area Archives, a collection of local history materials for Livingston County.
