About This Location
The Chocolay River fishing pier, located on M-28 just east of the crossroads in Harvey near Marquette, is one of only two handicap-accessible fishing piers in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The Chocolay River draws anglers for brown and brook trout along with seasonal runs of coho salmon and steelhead, especially in the fall when lake-run fish move upstream.
