By purchasing an Able Eyes Accessibility Subscription, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Business Information
- You give Able Eyes permission to:
- Add your virtual tour to the Able Eyes database.
- Promote your business and events via social media and newsletter.
- Use your business logo for promotional purposes.
- Use your virtual tour in Able Eyes marketing and presentations.
- You are responsible for notifying Able Eyes of any updates or corrections that need to be made (i.e. broken links, etc.)
Virtual Tour
- You may be responsible for providing your virtual tour’s embed code if it’s not publicly available.
- Able Eyes will not take over / take responsibility for any hosting fees.
- Photographers will be given photo credit.
Annual Subscription
- Annual subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal with recurring payments to be charged every year on the anniversary of the initial date of purchase.
Lifetime Subscription
- “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of a specific virtual tour to remain live. If your tour is updated requiring a new link or embed code, you must purchase a new annual or lifetime subscription.
Cancellation
- If you choose to cancel your subscription, cancellations must be made prior to the automatic renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the subscription renewal date.
Refunds
- Subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days.
